If you need assistance in setting up your account or locating your account number in order to register for your portal, please call our office 336-271-3020 or email us at info@palmettoequity.com.

Please follow these steps to set up your tenant portal:

• Click Login.  
• Click Sign up at the bottom.
• Under Profile Information, Input your email, first name, last name and phone number. 
• Under Account Validation enter the account number we provided and the last four digits of your SSN and click on Sign up.
• Confirm your account by going in your email and clicking on the link to set your password for your new login id.
• Check your Junk Mail frequently if you have filters that may prevent this email from reaching your inbox.  
• Access the email and password link to reset your password.  
• If you forget your password, click “Forgot Password”.  A new password link will be emailed to you.  Please note that anytime you request a new password, the one in previous emails will be voided.
• Once you reset your password, you may log in using your email address and your new password.
